My travel adventure in Singapore can be classified in three ways; 1) it was inspiring, 2) unique and 3) fun because of different individual that I did get to meet during my stay. They were all so talented and had a diverse culture. Everywhere I looked left me speechless which wasn’t literally, all this was happening as a result of the mixture of people and cultures. When walking down the street I would glance in one direction and see  the other way and there is little Indian that ask, what’s not to love about Singapore? The sites truly did leave me with more knowledge and a want, for I got to realize that I should definitely do more traveling.  There is so many places to visit, with diverse culture, meet new people and the fun is real.

The street food is to die for due to the different cuisine blend ranging from the Indian, Thai, Malaysian, Singaporean and Chinese cultural food. While visiting I did make sure that I attended the annual Singapore Food Festival, it is safe to say that I simply could not make a choice and I had to stuff my tummy with as much food as possible. It is right to say that I spent a tremendous amount of time enjoying Singapore Food Festival, but also do let this be our own little secret. The weather at night was cool and the night was pretty, if you ever visit, then, this would be the most appropriate word to describe the night life. It was less crowded in the night giving me the opportunity to wonder along the streets, the air was peaceful and calm.

The Mass Rapid Transit transporting system was cheap, efficient, spotless and beautiful making me to appreciate growth and industrialization.

Apart from the wonderful things I did get to do and see, I could not pass the opportunity to fly to Phuket which was a near destination from Singapore where I did stay for several days. Phuket also known as the “Pearl of the south” is a big island that needed to be explored by me. I went scuba diving, sightseeing, saw the waterfalls and took a hike despite the fact that it is not a hiker’s paradise. The most that I loved about the island was the views, the laid back sea food restaurants, the quiet back street and the small beaches.

I later on had to pack up and return to my home country which is Sydney Australia, but I do have to say that the trip was a life changing experience that should not be ignored. If in the future I would ever have the chance to go back and visit these places, I would jump in the plane to continue with my exploration. I do not have any regrets whatsoever and may I add that it was a dish served hot. My Singapore travel adventure was truly magnificent and a memorable event in my life
